With over 15 years of experience designing and managing large-scale emergency and development programs in complex environments, he brings deep expertise at the intersection of crisis response, systems resilience, and program design.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), trained in humanitarian negotiation and leadership coaching, he has led multimillion-dollar operations, advised senior decision-makers, and mobilized high-performing teams in rapidly evolving contexts—from conflict zones to public health emergencies.

With over 10 years experience in human resources management and consulting, she is passionate about team dynamics and leadership. She developed an expertise in managing multicultural teams while working abroad for several years, notably as a human resources coordinator in the humanitarian sector.
Driven by a deep concern for equity, justice and inclusion, she values the importance of human relationships and believe in the power of systemic change through interpersonal relationships.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in international development studies from McGill University and a master's degree in organizational development from HEC Montreal. She is also a qualified administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), a tool to measure openness to diversity for organizations and individuals.​

With over a decade of experience in humanitarian professionalization, adult education, and health ethics. He has provided expert review and consultation to a number of organizations including Grand Challenges Canada, The World Food Programme Innovation Accelerator, and The European Commission High Tech for Humanitarian Aid Prize. His research focuses on the intersection of humanitarian response, health ethics, and innovation. Dr. Krishnaraj led the development of the Humanitarian Innovation Fund’s Ethics Toolkit. He has worked internationally with the Madarasa Early Childhood Program in Kenya, Tanzania, and Zambia, and was part of the Supply Chain and Logistics team for the domestic Canadian Red Cross COVID-19 response.

Danika is a finance and philanthropy specialist who works as a senior analyst for the Philantra Foundation, administered by National Bank Trust. With over a decade of experience in the Canadian banking sector, Danika advises clients on taxation, charitable giving and social impact. 

Danika has previously worked in financial and human resources leadership for Médecins sans Frontières, in Nigeria, the Central African Republic, and Namibia. She has non-profit governance experience on the board of Humanitarian Partners International where she has also served as the Director of Finance.
